The rare 1933 Disney one-sheet tops the sale, with strong results for Clint Eastwood’s Westerns and a rare multi-signed Star Wars: A New Hope poster.

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Propstore, one of the world’s leading entertainment memorabilia auction houses, has announced that its Fall Collectible Poster Auction, held last weekend from October 9–11, achieved over $1 million. Leading the results was a rare one-sheet for Mickey’s Pal Pluto (1933), which sold for over $47k, reflecting the enduring appeal of Walt Disney’s early animation and the posters created to promote it.

Auction Highlights
Commanding attention in the auction, Mickey’s Pal Pluto’s (1933) stone lithograph poster, offered on linen, stood out as a striking example of early animation advertising and the lasting appeal of Walt Disney’s characters.

Posters from Clint Eastwood’s Westerns also performed strongly. From The Nicola Bais Collection, an Italian Four Fogli for The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) achieved $31,500, while an Italian Four Fogli for For a Few Dollars More (1965) sold for $12,600. Together, the results reflect the continued popularity of Eastwood’s Man with No Name films and the Western genre.

Autographed posters proved popular yet again, with the selection achieving over $177k, reflecting their continued appeal among collectors. A rare multi-signed Star Wars: A New Hope (1992 re-release) one-sheet achieved $28,350.
